Yes, under strict terms. Zero Usage: 100% refund if you paid but used no tools, mocks, or referrals. Usage without Success: the default is a free ISA extension — if you insist on a refund instead, ₹500 is deducted as a service charge and ₹2,000 is refunded. Referral Started: no refund once active referrals begin; your ISA period is extended instead. Refund claims must be emailed within 48 hours of your 6-month ISA expiry, including your refusal reasoning, interview status, LinkedIn URL, and current employment details — late or incomplete claims are auto-rejected.
